Welcome to the MargMood Passport program at Tres Hombres Mexican Grill & Cantina. By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

ELIGIBILITY

• Participants must be 21 years of age or older with valid government-issued photo ID.

• The MargMood Passport is available while supplies last.

HOW IT WORKS

• One (1) stamp is issued per qualifying margarita purchase. MAXIMUM of (2) stamps per visit.

• Only margaritas purchased at Tres Hombres Mexican Grill & Cantina qualify for stamps.

• No stamps awarded for returned margaritas. 

• Passports must be presented at the time of purchase to receive a stamp.

• Stamps cannot be retroactively applied to past purchases.

• Passport Program ends December 31, 2025. No stamps will be earned after this date. All rewards must be redeemed by January 7, 2026. 

REWARDS

• Rewards are earned at designated stamp milestones (3, 5, 8, 10, 15, and 20 stamps).

• Rewards are subject to availability and may be substituted with an item of equal or greater value at Tres Hombres’ discretion.

• Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for other products or services.

• To redeem a reward, the completed portion of the passport must be presented to a staff member.

• Mystery Reward - a mystery reward may include, but is not limited to: a necklace, shot glass, t-shirt (branded or non-branded), drink koozie, sunglasses, bottle openers, keychains, and gift-cards).

GRAND PRIZE ENTRY

• Guests who complete all 20 stamps will be entered into the Grand Prize drawing.

• Only one (1) completed passport per person may be submitted for entry.

• Winner(s) will be chosen at random and notified by the contact information provided. If winner does not respond within seven (7) days, a new winner may be selected.

• The Grand Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

GENERAL RULES

• Tres Hombres reserves the right to modify or cancel the MargMood Passport program at any time without prior notice.

• Tres Hombres reserves the right to extend the MargMood Passport program at any time without prior notice.

• Lost, stolen, or damaged passports will not be replaced.

• Tres Hombres staff members are not eligible to participate.

• By participating, you consent to the use of your name and likeness for promotional purposes if you win the Grand Prize.

RESPONSIBILE ENJOYMENT

• Tres Hombres promotes the responsible enjoyment of alcohol. Management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated, in accordance with Utah state law.

• A MAXIMUM of (2) stamps are given per single visit.
