2. Promotion Period: The "Batalla de Cocina (Kitchen Battle)" promotion will run over two weekends: April 12-14, 2024, and April 19-21, 2024. Orders placed outside of these dates will not qualify for entry into the promotion.

3. How to Enter: To enter the promotion, customers must order one of the special dishes created by either Team Alejandro (Red Team) or Team Julia (Green Team) during the specified promotion period. Each special dish order entitles the customer to one entry into the prize draw, but you must provide your name and email address in order to be contacted if you win.

4. Judging Criteria: Upon ordering a special dish, customers will receive a judges scorecard to rate the dish based on taste, presentation, and originality. The judges scorecard must be completed and submitted to their server before leaving the restaurant to be eligible for entry into the prize draw. Failure to circle the dish ordered or fill out the contact information will result in an intelligible entry. 

5. Prize Draw: Each eligible entry will be automatically entered into the prize draw to win a Tres Hombres Prize Bag. The prize includes a $100 Gift Card, 2 T-shirts, and 2 custom 40th Anniversary items.

6. Winner Selection: The winner of the prize draw will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotion period. The draw will be conducted within seven (7) days after the conclusion of the promotion period.

7. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the prize draw, an alternate winner may be selected at the discretion of the organizers.

8. Prize Collection: The winner must collect their prize in person from Tres Hombres (3298 South Highland Drive, Salt Lake City, UT 84106). The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes.

9. General Conditions: The organizers reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond their reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by the organizers in their sole discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability: By participating in the promotion, participants agree to release and hold harmless the organizers, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the promotion or receipt or use of any prize.

11. Governing Law: The "Batalla de Cocina (Kitchen Battle)" promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Utah, and any disputes relating to the promotion or these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Utah.

By participating in the "Batalla de Cocina (Kitchen Battle)" promotion, participants acknowledge that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
